Prenatal Classes in English
Our English spoken prenatal classes are held on a weekend. Our experienced midwives will lead you through what to expect during pregnancy and how to manage birth. They will explain the postnatal period and how to look after your newborn (infant handling, changing nappies, bathing, cord care ect.) as well as how to get breastfeeding off to a good start and cope with different scenarios.
