Café-bar and restaurant

Opening hours from June 1, 2024:

Our café-bar with a view of the lake invites you indoors and outdoors for drinks and snacks.

Opening hours Café-Bar

Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

In the kiosk by the café bar you will find sweets, reading material and greeting cards.
There is also a snack and drinks vending machine not far from the café bar.

The restaurant with terrace offers you an additional opportunity to eat and relax.

Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Mask requirement for direct patient contact lifted as of March 1, 2024

Patients

For respiratory symptoms such as cough, cold, and sore throat, disinfect hands and wear a surgical mask.

If you are suffering from fever, aching limbs or acute diarrhea and vomiting, please reschedule the appointment if possible.

If you are unsure or have any questions, please contact the appropriate office.

Visitors

If you have respiratory symptoms such as cough, cold and sore throat, you should refrain from visiting Männedorf Hospital. This also applies if you have aching limbs and fever or suffer from acute diarrhea and vomiting.

If the visit is unavoidable, please disinfect your hands and wear a surgical mask.

Of course, a mask may still be worn on a voluntary basis.

Public transport and parking
Public transport
The hospital is a four-minute walk from Männedorf train station. Trains in the direction of Zurich and Rapperswil run every half hour. The bus stop "Spital" of line 925 is also located directly in front of the main entrance.
Parking spaces
The paid parking garage (Bergstrasse entrance) is located just under 100 meters from the hospital. If this route is too long and inconvenient for you, an escort can drive you directly to the driveway at the main entrance and pick you up again there.
If you need to visit our emergency department, you can use a parking space directly at the emergency department. You will receive a parking card entitling you to do so at the Emergency Department reception.

The MRI Institute is a three-minute walk from Meilen train station. Trains in the direction of Zurich and Rapperswil leave every half hour. You will find marked parking spaces in front of the main entrance as well as next to the MRI Institute.
